When I realised that my booking and credit card payment was accepted for 1 night accomodation in Southport in AMERICA INSTEAD OF SOUTHPORT in QUEENSLAND, I cancelled the booking on your computerised service and was told NO REFUND. My booking was made online on my phone in Queensland Australia as was the transaction of payment via my credit card. Hi, I made a booking for Friday 16th - Monday 19th December 2016 at Forest Lodge Apartments Indooroopilly. I received a phone call from the receptionist on Monday 16th from Forest Lodge Apartments saying that we have to paid an extra $30 a night for cleaning the 2 bedroom. Hi, I made a booking last nigh for 15 August-18 August 2017 (3 nights) at Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi (Itinerary#7277404290009). After booking I found that arrival after midnight, I have to contact Wotif so that arrangement can be made for collecting room key. Good Morning I am hoping you can assist me. I spent a considerable amount of time yesterday trying unsuccessfully to use both the website and customer care number 1800 781 972/219. Both with no outcome. It is my wedding anniversary on the 18th November and I have purchased tickets for Mamma Mia which is on at the Canberra Theatre Centre Friday 27th November 2017. When I purchased the tickets I did not realise it was the Friday the 24th and subsequently I made a booking - reference number 7305673368752 – Peppers Gallery Hotel Canberra checking in 17th November and checking out 19th November with WOTIF. This booking was of course to stay for the planned Mamma Mia show. I spent time yesterday trying to use both the website and customer care number 1800 781 972/219 to change my booking date at Peppers Gallery Hotel and had no success. The automated telephone system had a cancel option but did not seem to work? I rang the customer help line and had the same issue. In frustration I telephoned Peppers Gallery Hotel who advised me that I needed to do this through WOT if. I have made a second emergency booking at the Little National Hotel - 21 National Circuit Barton ACT checking in 27th November and checking out 25th November. Reference number 7308978226414. G day, I received an email from you to give a review on a motel I stayed at I can't give one because YOU WOTIF over booked us when I went back to the car my wife was really upset that we had no room for the night and the rest of the town was booked.
