UPS is the worst company by far i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have used TNT countless times without issue. The package has been collected and sitting in the Brisbane somewhere but cant be sent due to missing paperwork that i was never asked for. I have tried call calling the Australian number 131877 and end up talking to someone in the Philippines who put me on hold for 10 minutes then hangs up. I am trying to create a label using the web site and get "9778502 - Tax Id Type code is invalid" There is nowhere to correct or remove this as i did not enter this information.
