I will never recommend or use Toll again. I could not understand the operators ( Three of them) and was in the end TOLD when the item would be picked up with no time frame other than between 9 am and 5 pm. I was given no choice of day which was extremely inconvenient. The operator became very short with me because I had to keep asking her to slow down and repeat herself. Ringing to voice my dissatisfaction resulted in another series of operators who could not be understood. Re ringing and finding an Australian voice who did wonders on my behalf, although she was unable to establish a more precise time. Why your company seems so unconcerned about your clients is beyond belief. Do you really think that we have nothing else to do with the day than wait hours for you to do what we pay you for!
