Why then is my DOOR OPENNING CARD & SLIPPERS FROM THE ASTOR MARKED P & O?? I know I get $215 credit on later cruise but so does every other early bird! We had booked to cruise with P&O Pacific Explorer a Balcony Cabin 12016. He was removed from his cabin to Deck 4 with Security watch. To my knowledge he did not do any wrong to anyone or harm anyone. Why this happened, also he had a very bad medical condition. He was not allowed to take any medications neither can contact me for any kind of assistance as I am his carer and partner. We had taken the cruise for holiday enjoy and have fun so what we have gone through wasted our time and money we paid for the cruise. So what can I do in this regard, I contacted customer care they are just denying to help us. In my believe we should not have taken this cruise. One of the senior crew may be the Captian or the assistant said that they can drop us off in the remote Island they have the right to do so.

I booked a cruise I have my children on a different floor to myself. I put a request into them and travel agent did to. They never put us on the same floor not happy.I am still trying to sort this out they have given me so much stress and NO consideration AT ALL. They keep giving me different stories.
Just returned from my 5th p&o cruise. After paying $6200 for an inside cabin pacific explorer and spoke to many fellow passengers who paid $3700 and less and also they received on board credit. Many had never traveled p&o before. I’m so disappointed that I was charged almost double. And not offered any drink package or on board credit. I booked through flight centre. My trip was 16 nights to Tonga/Fiji. Also missed out on stopping at Norfolk Island. I’m very disappointed in this cruise and pricing.
P & 0 HAVE NO DUTY OF CARE for their passengers. My son and his pregnant partner where dumped at the New Caledonia wharf given their taxi fare and told they could no longer stay on the Pacific Eden as they did not have the facilities for her even though her doctor had said she was fit and saw no problem at all with going on this cruise . They are both very traumatised as this was their first oversea trip and they are only 22. They had saved their money for this holiday and to be treated like they had a disease is so disgusting . NEVER GO ON P&0
