Why is the link to CouriersPlease link go through Zoom2U? I have a delivery card from CouriersPlease. There are absolutely no contact details, pick up point or anything else written on the card. There is a bar code number 0959756RTCNA. There is a consignment number CPAK2HZ0799180001. This delivery was sent from a Melbourne address. It looks like taking 3 days just to find out where it can be picked up from. I spoke with the call centre, who had absolutely no idea where it might be or when I would be advised of its whereabouts. I find the whole situation completely inefficient, ineffective and totally unprofessional. Where is my parcel? I cannot stay on the PC all day waiting for the details to be published.
