Tonight i tried to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size i was told i couldnt as i didnt have the box. This is disgusting as when my daughter purchased the shoes she was not given the box. My daughter brought me this pair of shoes yesterday i just wanted a different size i did not want any money back. She spent over a hundred dollars in your store yesterday. I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that can not be worn over a stupud box that probably cost 30 cents. I am extremelly disappointed and i would like to know what difference does the box make when betts is clearly on the shoes so its not like i got them from anywhere else. I purchased a pair of shoes from the Betts Store in Hornsby NSW, I have worn the shoes a few times but the heel has come away from the shoe. I am sure I paid about 59 dollars for the shoe and but as it was a few months ago I do not have the receipt or the box to return to store. I purchased a pair of heels through the new afterpay payment system. I recieved them however were a small fit. Since I have returned these and recieved no comunication what so ever from Betts in regards to a full refund of the shoes 3 weeks later and still awaiting. Your returns system needs an update.
I purchased a pair of boots from sunshine plaza Maroochydore yesterday however after getting them home I noticed the strap that holds buckle on is coming away and I have not even wore them The boot style is Dunaden. I would like to take them back to store tomorrow I will be asking for a refund as there is nothing in store that I like Could you please let sales staff that I will be in with boots tomorrow as I do not want to have to dispute this with staff at store Thank you for your assistance in this matter Regards Skye
I went into your Rockingham store today and they didn’t have my size in a pair of shoes so Shannon the young lady that served me phoned the nearest store with my size and asked them to put them to one side for me. She then went on to write down the address and the best way to get to the other store also telling us the best place to park and that the shop was located in the food hall. We got there and had no fuss finding the store as her directions were spot on. I would like to thank Shannon for all her help. Debbie
