I wish to bring to your attention the service been offered by your Stafford OPSM store. I have been a customer of OPSM since 2004. I started firstly at Brookside with Glen Baltrop who is an excellent optometrist. Once he left Brookside I found his replacement useless, and a week later saw him at Stafford, as usual he gave his best at the consultation. I have had numerous text messages and letters from you advising me I am again due for my eye test. I know Glen is not at Stafford very often so quite reluctantly I phoned the store to make a time to see him, the girl advised he is only there once a month, made the appointment for the 28h November with him but promised to call me back to confirm. Last week I had to make another call to find out if my appointment was actually happening, no call up to this time from Stafford, why is the customer made and have to follow this through? Only to be told on the phone Glen is on holiday next week and won't be back till next year. The girl who I talked with advised me she could still keep my appointment for the 28th but it would be with Jenny, to which I agreed to. Today I receive a phone call from a very lovely and efficient lady called Carla from your Stafford store to say this appointment should never have happened as there is no optometrist there on a Monday. She was very caring and felt for me, I have been given nothing but a run around for the last 5 weeks from OPSM Stafford who are quite inefficient and have no follow through with their promises. I am disgusted and will never be your customer again, this treatment for a client who has been with you for over 12 years is disgraceful and disgusting.
